I do have one question about decommission. How long can it stand empty before it has to be decommissioned? Your question is what? To decommission the building or the sites. If they fail and if new technology comes and they close up shop, how long will that sit vacant in our township and contribute to the rights? For the shorter period of if they go bankrupt, immediately it has to be rehabbed. Five years it has to be vacant. If they don't go bankrupt, they just walk away from the project, okay? But they have to post a bond between five and ten million so they can't go, oh, we don't have the money to restore this to farmland. They have to pay for a bond. And then if they walk away and they don't restore it, the bonding company pays the township to restore it. Those are the terms. Okay. And that's in. It's in the consent judgment. The proposed consent judgment. And we can't make that tighter? We already did. They wanted 10 years. Thank you. A motion to close the public comment.
